Current Series: Questions I Would Ask God

God Where Are You (The Problem Of Evil)

Evil Exists on three levels: Moral, Natural and Social - you cannot deny that.  The problem is why does evil exist if there is a good, all powerful, all wise God.  This message is designed to tackle the problem of evil and shed some light on:

Where Evil comes from

The Purpose of Evil and

When Experiencing Evil or Suffering how should we respond.

Unfortunately for some reason our podcast did not turn out properly, there is just way too much hiss to listen to it so instead we have attached the actual Message and the message notes.

How To Develop A Faith That Works--Insight From the Book of James

How To Overcome Temptation (13 Mb)

The Bible talks about two different kinds of testing.  One is called trials. The other is called temptation. Both of them use the same word in Greek: peirasmos. Sometimes it is translated "trials," sometimes "temptations." It doesn't matter though, because sometimes a trial becomes a temptation. But to distinguish between them, trials are situations designed by God in order to help us grow. Temptations are designed by the devil to cause us to sin.

How To Deveop A Real Faith

It seems that if you put the word "real" before anything, it sells more: real coffee, real leather, etc. We're all interested in the real thing. There was a TV show called "Real People" and a book called "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche." Join us as we look at what the book of James has to say about how to have "Real" faith. There are a lot of phony religions out there, and there are people who think that they are Christian but aren't. In this message you will hear about real believers and fake ones, and authentic and counterfeit Christianity.
